    Pam has practiced public accounting since 1990. She manages and supervises audits, presents financial statements to boards of directors, works with audit committees, and provides other accounting and business advisory services for not-for-profit organizations and higher education institutions, including employee benefit plans.

    Located in Yakima and active in the not for profit community, she works with organizations as a professional that range in size and complexity. She has served on the boards of the Greenway Foundation, Capitol Theatre, Habitat for Humanity (Yakima affiliate) and continues to work with them along with being an active member of Rotary and of the Yakima Rotary Trust.

    Wendy has been in public accounting since 2000 and focuses primarily on tax-exempt organizations, including foundations (both private and public), higher education institutions, hospitals, credit unions, trade associations, and other not-for-profit organizations. Wendy is a trusted business advisor to her clients, providing compliance and consulting in the areas of: unrelated business income, alternative investments, obtaining and maintaining tax-exempt status, deferred taxes, fringe benefits, Forms 990, 990-PF, and 990-T, grantmaking, related and controlled organizations, compensation reporting, self-dealing, and planning for the minimum distribution requirements and excise tax rate.


    Sarah Correia, Senior Manager, State and Local Tax Practice

    Sarah Correia specializes in Washington state and local taxes, including the business and occupation tax, real estate excise tax and multistate sales/use taxes. Sarah’s background includes consulting with agricultural, construction, manufacturing, and nonprofit businesses. Sarah has managed numerous engagements related to audit defense, refund claims, ruling requests, multi-state tax research, and other tax planning opportunities. Sarah joined Moss Adams in May 2007. Prior to joining the firm, Sarah spent two years as a field auditor at the Washington State Department of Revenue.
